TURBO 2000 Enviro-Safe is a blend of complex halogens and metal conditioning agents specifically designed for use with petroleum, mineral, and most synthetic based lubricants which contain proprietary stabilizers and corrosion scavengers that prevent the formation of acids and harmful halides. When used as directed, Turbo 2000 Enviro-Safe dramatically increases lubricity between the metal surfaces and moving metal parts, thus decreasing wear dramatically. It is to be added to the existing lubricant which carries it to all metal parts within the system. Enviro-Safe smoothes and seals metal surfaces, thus reducing friction, heat, and wear caused by friction with no danger of material buildup or compromised tolerances. This action results in significantly reduced wear and dramatically improved operation of the system. ThisTreatment has an electrochemical reaction with metallic carbides which develops an ionic bond with the low-lying surface regions. Metals are made up of metallic carbides (the high areas of a metallic surface which have a positive electrical charge) and base metal micropores. (the low lying areas of the metallic surface which has a negative electrical charge) The high areas of the metal surfaces have more positive characteristics while the low areas have more negative characteristics. When Turbo 2000 Enviro-Safe ionically bonds in the low areas, there is a cation exchange, which changes the surface metal through the system to a positive state of polarity. (a cation is the positively charged product of electrolysis) When all metal surfaces through the engine have identical positive surface polarity, there is a dramatic reduction in friction due to Faraday's Law. (like charges will not attract, they repel each other) In fact, like charges repel each other to the extent that if any two parts are moving in opposite directions, the static charge of positive ionization increases that motion thus reducing horsepower requirements. This restructuring of the "dipole surface" (any material system having two electrical charges equal in magnitude but of unlike sign) combined with the physical surface improvement of the metals, steps up oil flow, increases metal film strength, improves the shear strength of the base lubricant, and affects the overall reduction in friction and friction-related wear. This action is unsurpassed by any other product or process that is known to date. Turbo 2000 ET-1 Engine Treatment also helps to prevent a serious problem in high performance engines called "shear back." Portions of the engine operate at temperatures well in excess of the capability of oils. Typically, oils operate up to a temperature in the range of 475 degrees F. However, some places in the piston operate at temperatures in excess of 600 degrees F. This causes thermal degragation and occurs during high RPM, pressures, and temperatures. When oil "shears back" it drops to the lower number of it's rating--ie, 10W-30 turns into 10W. When oils "shear back" they also break down and generate tar and varnish. They produce hard deposits that block the flow of oil. Just when you need the multi-viscosity aspects of your oil is when you can most expect to lose that property. High temperature, pressure, and RPM destroy your oil's ability to lubricate your engine. Turbo 2000 helps to prevent "shear back." It allows your engine to run cooler. This is important because as engine temperatures rise, the detergents in your oil are depleted. Sludge forms inside the engine plugging the oil passages causing catastrophic engine damage.
